Courses for teenagers provide our young learners with the opportunity to learn French through a stimulating program, preparing them to keep up or go beyond their French programs at school and to acquire the knowledge for entering the best programs.
Our primary goal is to give teens enough confidence to cope with real life situations. This is achieved through meaningful exercises, such as creative role-plays, simulations, surveys, projects, discussions and task-based activities.
Our curriculum focuses on developing speaking and listening skills, while also reserving an important part of the courses on the acquisition of structures, obtained through oral or written grammatical activities.
Teens will additionally build a solid foundation in reading and writing in French, and will also focus on acquiring learning strategies
that will help them to become more independent foreign language learners.
Teenager classes – 12 to 15 years old
These classes are designed for students who need to work on the four core areas: speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
The course focuses on fluency and teachers encourage interactions in French with role playing everyday tasks to awaken young teens’ interest and imagination. Students will have the opportunity to practice and improve their oral and listening skills in context, helping them to be more confident when speaking French in real-life and everyday situations.
Our multidisciplinary approach also includes the brushing-up of French grammar, sentence building and vocabulary in a friendly yet stimulating environment.

Our Textbook
Adosphère adopts an active, task-based approach which, as its name suggests, encourages students to immerse themselves in the lives of the
teenagers who appear in the books.
Covering A1 to B1 of the CEFR, it places a strong emphasis on developing students' independence by making them aware of different learning techniques that could benefit them and by encouraging them to evaluate their progress regularly.
